Position Summary SURVICE Engineering is seeking to hire

multiple

senior Engineers / Scientists

with demonstrated experience in cutting edge technology, engineering, analysis of alternatives, capability management and demonstration (including technology transfer), technical demonstrations and evaluations, and requirements analysis by providing Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDTandE) support.

Program Summary This multi-year, multi-million dollar program will support the Office of the Director of Defense Research and Engineering for Modernization (DDRandE (M)) in efforts to advance the Department's investments and capabilities aligned with the National Defense Strategy's modernization priorities. This team will collectively unify and advance these capabilities by providing technical and engineering support for OUSD(RandE) through DDRandE(M).

We are seeking individuals with expertise the following domains:

5G, Artificial Intelligence, Autonomy, Biotechnology, Cyber, Directed Energy, RDTandE, Hypersonics, Microelectronics, Quantum Science, FNC3, and/or Space

Minimum Qualifications BS in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related technical degree, along with 10+ years of relevant experience required. Masters preferred.

• 10+ years of experience of engineering, cybersecurity, and Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDTandE)
• Previous experience with Department of Defense RDTandE mission and processes
• Previous experience in engineering, analysis of alternatives, integration, requirements, and testing
• Previous experience with Quantum Science programs
• Experience with Cross-Domain Solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication and briefing skills
