Job Overview:
The Associate Admin Assistance supports the Timekeeping group and works closely with their supervisor to follow clearly defined General Services procedures. The Associate Admin Assistance is a role that allows for the development of new Timekeeping-related skills. The Associate Admin Assistance is responsible for performing basic Timekeeping activities and using existing procedures, to solve straightforward problems.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Collect, verify, and enter timekeeping data into company systems
Review and reconcile timesheets for accuracy.
Communicate with employees to address discrepancies and obtain missing information
Assist in generating reports related to employee hours, overtime, and attendance
Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Essential Qualifications and Education:
Entry-level position, 0 to 3 years of experience Entry-level position, 2 to 3 years of experience preferred
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles is desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and procedures
Basic understanding of payroll processes and regulations is a plus
