Basic Job Functions:
The role of the Quality System Technician (QST) is to implement the requirements of the applicable Quality Standards and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for their area(s) of responsibility. The QST is a change agent and fosters continual improvement of their areas for the overall improvement of the QMS. This position also involves training, conducting presentations, facilitating reviews/meetings, interactions with the team, data analysis, auditing, managing documents, maintaining records and databases, as well as addressing customer issues.

Minimum Qualifications:
Two-year College degree or equivalent work experience related to the job position
Experience in quality system components, such as training, conducting presentations, facilitating, etc.
Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in implementing or maintaining a Quality Management System
Auditing Experience
AIAG Core tools awareness/training
