Job Description

POSITION IS PART-TIME FOR 20 HOURS PER WEEK.

Key responsibilities include, but are not exclusively:

Specific Deliverables associated with this position include:

On time delivery of goods Complete delivery of goods Integral logistics costs (people, tools, slack, risk, inventory etc.) Forecasting accuracy Responsiveness (service level time, lead time, action messages, return to vendors)

Specific responsibilities are:

• Taking care of the ordering process for a specific supplier portfolio

• Responsible for logistic parameters in the MRP system at item level

• Participation in improvement projects (inventory, processes, end of life situations, etc..)

• Problem solving with well-defined procedures

• Measurement of logistic performance indicators (KPIs)

• Following the effective documents IMS, EMS, managing documentations

• Working in compliance with legislation

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess the following combination of education and experience:

• A basic education is required, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrate the required skills

• 1-2 year experience in Logistics (Purchasing) department in highly flexible business-to-business environment

• Experience/knowledge of Microsoft Outlook/Microsoft Excel/Microsoft Word

• Advanced in Czech and English (verbal and written)

• Strong communication skills (verbal/written)

Flexible: no 9 to 5 mentality – improvising when needed/looking for alternatives with other disciplines/suppliers High pace of working and being able to ramp up/speed up pace of working in order to take care of peaks (especially at the end of quarters) Foresee upcoming problems and act accordingly (find solutions with several parties involved and/or escalate on time) Endurance, social skills and diplomacy in the relationship with suppliers Attention to detail, client friendliness, stress reliability, team and result oriented, able to et/re-set priorities in favor of quarterly deliverables Adherence 4i adaptation
