Description

Robert Half Management Resources is currently looking for an interim Sr. Accountant to assist a Real Estate/Property Management client to support an upcoming maternity leave for about 6 months. Duties of the interim Sr. Accountant include items related to both corporate and property accounting such as: month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, financial statement prep, coordination with audit/tax partners, some payroll support, and oversight over 2 staff accounting resources. Role is based in Columbus, OH and can work a hybrid schedule.

Requirements

-5+ years of accounting experience at the Sr. Accountant level or above

-Relevant accounting experience in the Real Estate or Property Management industry

-Experience with Apfolio and/or Quickbooks

-Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)

-Experience with team leadership/oversight

-Excellent teaming and communications skills
