Description

Robert Half is seeking a personal injury attorney to join our client's team in a contract capacity. You will be responsible for supporting clients who have been injured due to accidents, medical malpractice, defective products, or other incidents caused by the negligence of another party.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough investigations into clients' claims, gathering evidence, medical records, and other relevant information.

• Evaluate the merits of each case and advise clients on their legal rights and options.

• Develop legal strategies and arguments to support clients' claims for compensation.

• Negotiate with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other parties to reach settlements on behalf of clients.

• Prepare legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.

• Advocate for clients' interests during all stages of the legal process, ensuring their rights are protected.

• Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and legal precedents that may impact clients' cases.

• Maintain communication with clients, keeping them informed of case developments and answering any questions or concerns they may have.

• Uphold ethical standards and professional conduct in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the CO state bar and license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

• Proven experience in personal injury law, with a strong track record of successful case outcomes.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

• Compassion and empathy for clients who have suffered injuries or losses.

• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.

• Willingness to stay updated on developments in personal injury law through continuing education and professional development activities.
