Direct research and development of low-acid aseptic plant-based high viscosity beverage and pouch-based products from concept to commercialization. Will use knowledge of chemistry and material science techniques to characterize behavior of viscoelastic food systems. Lead the beverage and pouch-based analytical development and tasting activities using Differential scanning calorimetry, X-ray diffraction and Gas Chromatography and Descriptive sensory profiling. Requires a Master's Degree in Food Science or related field.
