We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in machining operations and possess mechanical knowledge to produce high-quality components using manual machines. Job Responsibilities: - Proficiency in the set up and operation of manual machines to include lathes, horizontal and vertical mills and drill press in order to fabricate precision parts. - Read and interpret engineering drawings to determine machining requirements as well as machining and producing drawings from sample pieces. - Perform machining operations such as turning, milling, and drilling - Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of finished parts - Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet project deadlines - Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance tasks Job Requirements: - 5 Years machinist experience - Proficiency in machining techniques and operations - To use coordinate measuring machines for quality control - Competency in utilizing precision measuring instruments - Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations Hours & Pay: - Full time Day shift - \$24.00 per hour DOE Joining our team as a Manual Machinist offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where precision and quality are paramount.
