Trinity Health Patient Assistance Pharmacy Technician, Specialty Pharmacy- Ft. Wayne in Fort Wayne, Indiana

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or specialty pharmacy as normally obtained through an Associate's Degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education and 3-5 years of pharmacy experience. Experience with adjudicating prescription drugs, corresponding with insurance companies and processing payments, strongly preferred. Familiarity with specialty pharmacy products and operations preferred. Licensed as a Registered Pharmacy Technician in the required state(s). Knowledge of Specialty medications is preferred. Knowledge of home infusion, mail order pharmacy or general pharmacy operations is preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other graphics or presentation software. Knowledge of Epic, specialty pharmacy software, and pharmacy prescription adjudication systems. Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment. Must possess a personal presence characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals, and values of Trinity Health.
