You will lean on your Electrical Engineering training, thorough understanding of complex logic design and verification, and hands-on electrical hardware skills to solve a wide range of technical problems encountered during the design, build, testing, and qualification of embedded systems. You will work with system engineers, software developers, and other technical professionals. You will be successful when system requirements are met through combined efforts of Platform Hardware, Platform Software, and Applications Software Development teams.

You will leverage your experience to provide electrical engineering expertise and guidance to high quality designs for our customers that are safe, reliable, and maintainable.

Job Duties:

• Develop engineered solutions to solve complex logi design problems.

• Perform VHDL, Verilog, System Verilog (focused blocks, subsystems/buses, system-level interactions between blocks) design and verification.

• Perform testing using UVM.

• Produce DAL A compliant design and verification work product.

• Use effective verbal and written communications, technical drawings, and physical demonstration as needed to work with multi-disciplinary teams.

• Demonstrate interest in the program vision through all endeavors.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering

• 5-10 years of complex logic development and verification experience

• DAL A experience

• Strong systems knowledge, including, DDR, NAND, PCIe, Ethernet stack, AXI protocol, APB bus

• Experience working in a Linux environment

• Due to the nature of the work performed, US Citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Cadence tools (vManager, SimVision)

• NXP/Freescale T1040 (e5501, DDR Controller)

• DDR4, Ethernet, PCIe, NAND Flash, AXI, APB

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $116,000 to $141,440. Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
