DESCRIPTION OF WORK In the role of Clerical Assistant 2 at the PA Commission on Crime and Delinquency, your duties will include offering clerical support to the Office of Victims' Services. This will involve handling various clerical tasks such as claims intake, investigation, processing, review, and analysis. Additionally, you will be tasked with filing, typing documents, inputting data, operating office equipment, and managing computer databases and records.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week This position is eligible for full retirement benefits at age 60 or 65. Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 4 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Salary:Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $34,621 (before taxes). Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title); or

Graduation from high school; or
