Description

Our client, in the Galleria area of Houston is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist with NetSuite experience. The Accounts Receivable Specialist would need to understand billing, collections and customer account reconciliations. This is candidate would only be needed on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and oversee the full cycle of accounts receivable activities including billing, collections, and customer account reconciliations.

• Resolve billing discrepancies and queries promptly and effectively.

• Populate and maintain comprehensive and precise records of all customer transactions.

• Perform monthly forecasting and reporting tasks.

• Prepare and present analytical reports using key AR metrics.

• Consistently adhere to internal controls and policies.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

  Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounts receivable.

• Extensive experience with NetSuite is a must.

• Strong attention to detail, with a dedication to accuracy.

• Excellent data analysis capabilities and proficiency with excel.

• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
