KBR Acquisition Analyst in Huntsville, Alabama

Acquisition Analyst

KBR is Seeking an Acquisition Analyst to support an Army Aviation Product Manager

Job duties include:

  • Develop Contract Requirements Packages (CRPs) to include Statement of Works (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWS), Acquisition Plans, Acquisition Strategies, sole source justifications, Independent Government Develop estimates (IGEs), market research reports, Functional Requirements Authentication Board (FRAB) certifications, and Service Contract Approvals (SCAs).

  • Assist in the coordination and development of the Data Requirements to include Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs) and Document Summary Lists (DSLs)

  • Work with cross-functional team to include Logistics, Engineering, Budget, and Cost to develop requirements and acquisition approach.

  • Recommend, Plan, and establish Acquisition Strategies for the execution of program requirements, to include providing analysis during pre-solicitation through contract execution.

  • Utilize Government systems such as Paperless Contract Files (PCF) to create and maintain CRP submissions in the form of PCF cabinets.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have a Secret Clearance

  • Onsite duties are required. Adaptive Work Environment (AWE) schedule will be directed by the PM.

  • Candidate may qualify for position by meeting any of the following educational requirements:

  • M.S. and 5 years of experience

  • B.S. and 7 years of experience

  • High School Diploma and 11 years of experience

Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and show proof of citizenship.
