This is a remote job for a ServiceNow Developer position.

As a ServiceNow Developer you will: Determine problem areas within our current framework and recommend solutions. Develop processes with ServiceNow that improve user access and navigation. Collaborate with the project manager to establish timelines, specifications, and budget. Implement and monitor changes to ensure a smooth transition. Conduct staff training on new procedures. Provide regular updates on project status to supervisors. Troubleshoot issues for staff and customers.

This is a full-time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer information systems, or a similar field. 2+ years of working with ServiceNow, including configuring an ITSM service catalog. ServiceNow Administrator Fundamentals certification is a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay Range: $55 - $65 per hour.
