The Talent Acquisition Operations team is looking for a new team member for our interview scheduling team. Heavy Outlook calendaring and previous experience setting up complex interview loops will set you up for success in this role. This is a hybrid role, with all team members based out of our Redmond, WA office DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

  • Responsible for working directly with candidates and hiring managers to schedule candidate phone screens, in-person interviews and travel.
  • Post and maintain jobs on relevant job boards.
  • Assists with maintaining the applicant tracking system.
  • Facilitates new hire process by preparing offer letter packets, assisting with immigration responsibilities and coordinating relocation efforts.
  • Provides general administrative support to the recruiting team including calendar and meeting management, processing of purchase requisitions and action memos and completion of other expense reports.
  • May assist with candidate sourcing, resume screening and follow-up with potential candidates.
  • Supports and coordinates company-wide recruiting initiatives, compliance requirements and related reporting needs as required
