Responsibilities

• Unlocking the insight potential of our data by championing a step change in data fluency and confidence within our organisation

• Coaching role: listening, understanding, guiding, developing, advising, mentoring, and collaborating.

• Assessing needs, planning and delivering a data and analytics development path for our business line

• Be the ‘go-to’ person for data-related questions and connect people to subject matter experts when needed.

• Creating/adapting, maintaining and delivering engaging content for our stakeholders

• Analytics topics may include general data literacy, training material for specific dashboards, analytics tools, or frameworks to help key users apply data driven principles to hypothesis testing and experimentation.

Requirements

• Analytics skills and experience Possess extensive experience in data analysis, for example in statistical modelling, data mining techniques, business intelligence, product analytics or marketing analytics

• Coaching/presentation or Learning and Development experience in data or analytics

• Have an excellent sense of mature judgement, great organizational, prioritization skills, be pro-active and action biased

• Able to work independently and be resilient to overcoming obstacles

• Have knowledge of peer-review and the academic publishing process
