Responsibilities:

• Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed

• Set up/communicate with new vendors

• Verify and review invoices

• Manage full-cycle A/P

• Provide customer service to internal business partners

• Support the AP/Finance Department by completing administrative tasks

• Strategize with internal team to improve processes

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• AS or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

• 2+ years accounting experience

• Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Established communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds

• Ability to perform and manage multiple tasks
