This is an  job order for General Farm Workers

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Thinning apples and pears
2. Harvesting cherries, pears, and apples
3. General farm work
4. Training and pruning fruit trees

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Willing to commit to the entire contract period
• 3 months of verifiable tree fruit farm work experience
• Must be able to lift 60 lbs.

HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE: Contract period: February 19, 2024, through November 16, 2024. 35 hours per week 6 hrs. a day M-F and 5 hrs. a day on Saturday.

SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS: All piece rate work will be paid at the prevailing piece rate with a minimum of $19.25 an hour guaranteed.             

Cherries:

 *Lapin $0.20 per pound

 * Sweetheart $0.21 per pound

 * Rainier $0.21 per pound

 * Processor Cherry $0.21 per lb

 * Other Cherries $0.21 per pound

Apples: Per Bin (47-inch X 47 inch X 24 ½ inch bin)

 *All Apples all cultivation:  $28.26

 Except:

 * Honey Crisp $31.76

 * Pink Lady: $30.00

 * Processor Apple Strip picked $17.97 hour

Pears: Per Bin (47-inch X 47 inch X 24 ½ inch bin)
