POSITION SUMMARY: The Manufacturing Buyer will create and process purchase orders to provide purchased materials and components, tooling and services to the machining, production and assembly groups of Entrust Manufacturing Technologies, Inc.\'s Unisig division. This position will also identify material status and shortages and expedite material and orders to accommodate the changing sales and production schedule utilizing the ERP system. Strong attention to detail, ability to remain focused and work with accuracy, speed and efficiency are needed to be successful in this role ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Works directly with vendors and builds positive partner relationships Works cross-departmentally with engineering and production planning to determine priorities and re-align delivery needs Purchases routine as well as complex, unique or high dollar value requirements with a focus on quality, price and timely delivery at the direction of the Lead Buyer and Supply Chain Manager. Expedites based off of changing priorities and coordinates delivery of materials or services, communicating any supply issues which may pose a risk or impact on manufacturing, assembly or delivery deadline.
