This is a Job Description for a remote Senior Product Marketing Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities: Develop and execute the overall product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals. Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze market data to identify opportunities for product differentiation and growth. Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with target customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product features and customer needs. Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective product positioning and sales enablement. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers to gather insights and feedback. Monitor and analyze product performance against financial targets. Develop and implement customer engagement programs to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction. Identify growth opportunities and develop and execute the business plans necessary to prioritize and seize the opportunities. Lead and execute a value based price strategy across distribution and ecommerce channels. Effectively communicate product strategies, updates, and performance to internal and external stakeholders. Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market trends. Provide insights to inform product development and marketing strategies. Collaborate with sales, and other cross-functional teams to drive successful product launches and campaigns. Regularly assess and report on the performance of marketing programs, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Requirements and Qualifications[]{#Hlk142289191}[]{#Hlk142304825}: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related field OR 10+ Years in Marketing Manager or Product Manager role. 10+ years within the manufacturing industry, preferably within industrial manufacturing. Strong understanding of products, market dynamics and customer behavior. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent project management and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams and collaborate effectively. Ability to make strategic decisions based on market data and customer insights. Analytical mindset with strong experience in using date to drive decision making. Experience with automation tools and CRM systems.
