Our Uro-Oncology team is growing with a variety of rewarding opportunities in commercial, medical affairs and technical operations. If you are energized by the prospect of bringing the benefits of cutting-edge science to meet the needs of patients, we may have the perfect role for you.As the Associate Director, Peer to Peer Marketing, Uro-Oncology you will be responsible for generating insights, shaping, and implementing market development initiatives. This role will be integral in creating and executing engagement planning and execution across various stakeholders. Ferring US is also Great Places to Work Certified, distinguishing it as one of the best companies to work for in the country.Responsibilities:- Responsible for leading, developing and pulling through an integrated key customer strategy, engagement and execution plans- Ensure comprehensive approach to identification and monitoring of key thought leaders and strategic accounts and ensure appropriate commercial resources coordinated and deployed.- Oversee integrated thought leader engagement, speaker's bureau strategy and peer to peer programing (GPO & Third Party)- Develop and implement an integrated National commercial advisory board plans to inform brand strategies.- Develop and lead congress and convention strategy and execution; collaborate with US Medical Affairs and HCP marketer- Possess strong leadership, scientific and business acumen and ability to manage multiple priorities and timelinesRequirements:- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.- 8+ years experience with relevant pharmaceutical industry required.- Experience working with Urologists preferred- Additional experience in marketing strategy, marketing services, marketing research, society engagement, brand planning, professional education, advertising strongly preferred.- Proven success in Oncology or Urology preferred- Familiarity with promotional review process required.- Firm knowledge of marketing principles and theory required.- Successful launch experience preferred.- Market shaping experience preferred.- Strong analytical skills required.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.- Excellent presentation skills required.- Demonstrated success in the area of strategic product management.- Ability to travel frequently (20-35%).Ferring + youAt Ferring, we offer competitive total compensation along with an exceptional range of flexible benefits, personal support and tailored learning and development opportunities all designed to help you realize your full potential both in life and at work. The base salary range for this role is $170,000 to $210,000, which is the reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount paid may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, education and primary work location. Additional compensation for this role will be provided based on competitive annual incentive compensation targets in the form of an annual bonus - payouts are based on individual and company performance.Benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with a premium differential, inverse to base salary, to be paid by employees, a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, wellness benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full time employees to accrue up to 120 hours in the first four (4) years of employment, and 160 hours in the fifth (5th) year of employment as well as 12 to 13 paid holidays per year.
