Posting Summary | Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a highly motivated Post-Doctoral Fellow for the Department of Health, Behavior, Society and Policy, located in Piscataway, NJ. We seek exceptional candidates to collaborate on research projects related to the social determinants of health among health disparity populations, including men who have sex with men, people who use drugs, and Latino immigrants.For this position, the candidate will work under the direct supervision of Dr. Cui Yang on the observational and intervention studies of population health. The postdoc will lead data management and analysis of large, complex, and longitudinal datasets, as well as the application of quasi-experimental and causal inference methods. The postdoc will also be encouraged to develop their own independent research program. There will be opportunities for authorship on publications, presentations at local and national conferences, teaching, and collaboration on grant proposal development. The position has an expected start date of Spring/Summer 2024; however, the start date is flexible. Initial-term of appointment is two years. |
