This position reports into Deliver EMEA Digital and Analytics and is based Prague [Czech Republic].

What You Will Do

The EDI Solution Coordinator is in charge of all topics related to EDI, from new customer onboarding to operation monitoring and any projects related in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

Project management

  • Work with all departments and customers to organise and plan the onboarding of new EMEA customers

  • Manage the change in planning as customers/business requests evolve, manage delays while keeping in track with the legal requirement priorities

  • Work with external EDI providers to ensure the technical set up of new projects

  • Work on ad hoc projects

Process improvements

  • Build and regularly review procedures to improve efficiency and facilitate collaboration with internal and external customers

  • Maintain written procedures up to date

Internal relationship management and communication

  • Keep all departments (Customer Services, I2C, Commercial, deliver operation) informed of the evolution of projects

  • Work closely with ‘IT’ within respective responsibilities

  • Keep EDI ‘members/team’ informed of ongoing projects

  • Maintain a basic level of knowledge of EDI within the operational teams (CS/I2C/Deliver operations)

External relationship and service management

  • Maintain and review, when necessary, contracts in place with all EDI providers

  • Align projects with EDI provider and manage the resources (MDU/EDU)

  • Ensure service performance meets or exceeds established goals and SLA

Production monitoring

  • Monitor inbound and outbound EDI transactions to proactively identify failures

  • Notify internal and external departments of issues

  • Review and update status on disruptions, transactions impacted

  • Review and suggest monitoring tools as needed, built reporting with internal and external departments

  • Provide Root Cause Analyst (RCA) and follow up both internal and external

  • Keep updated reports on incidents, transaction failures with full follow up resolution and possible process improvement suggestion and implementation

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • EDI development

  • SAP

Good knowledge of operations (Customer Services/Supply)

  • Strong leadership skills, facilitating raised issues to resolution.

  • Experience in leading regional projects

  • Must have good planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.

  • Consistent track record to lead and influence others at all levels within the organization.

  • Good facilitation skills and ability to work across organizations and unite diverse individuals with disparate goals and enable productive discussion and outcomes.

Desired Qualifications

  • Fluent English, any other European languages is a plus
