Job Description:

We have an exciting leadership role for a Sr. Manager/Director, Enterprise Engineering who will be responsible for the vision and execution of global security engineering. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills required to partner with other leaders across the global business to identify opportunities and risks. The position will require the ability to multitask and work independently, as well as work collaboratively with teams, most of which are geographically distributed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute tactical and strategic goals driving a comprehensive information security program.

• Responsible for understanding, researching, designing, and developing security solutions, technical and reference architectures, and supporting security strategies

• Collaborate with cybersecurity directors on all engineering activities to design and implement cybersecurity solutions

• Representative to various business units regarding the management of Information Security Risk

• Actively participate in information security reviews and audits with external clients

• Synthesize publicly available information, and industry threats and position us to effectively respond to emerging threats and zero-day malware

• Manage and grow EDR, antiviral, and all other aspects of security

• Ownership of Third Party Assessments and platform and vendor management

• Risk identification, reporting and mitigation

Qualifications:

• Excellent Soft Skills

• Minimum 10+-15+ years of industry experience with a proven track record of delivery in the Information Security domain.

• Proven management experience managing a global team.

• At least 1 professional security management certification is preferred: e.g. CISSP preferred; CCSP, CISA, CEH, OSCP

• Demonstrated mastery of the life cycle of cybersecurity threats, attacks, attack vectors, and exploitation methods with an understanding of intrusion set tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)

• Expertise on emerging cyber security trends

• Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, through all levels of the organization

Pay Range: $175,000 - $300,000
