Meeting Street is currently looking for an Infant Teacher in our Early Learning Center working 40 hours weekly. Pay range is $19.00 to $23.39 based on experience.

Duties:

  • Guide our youngest learners, leading lessons that encourage cognitive growth, provide emotional and social support and demonstrate positive guidance techniques to encourage behavior.
  • Create and implement engaging curriculum that promotes active learning through a variety of activities.
  • Supervise and instruct Teacher Assistants, who support the classroom by creating a fun, educational, clean and safe environment.
  • Regularly communicate with parents to inform them of their child's day-to-day, and meet with them to discuss their child's overall developmental achievements over time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education.
  • 2 + years experience caring for children under the age of 3 is preferred.
  • A valid CPR and First Aid training/certification.
