Position Summary: Under the guidance of our Applications Manager, you'll delve into the world of products, mastering their usage and application development. Your mission? To craft innovative formulations that not only showcase our ingredients but also support our sales divisions, customers, brokers, and distributors. Operating within FDA, FSMA, and Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) standards, you'll ensure the highest level of food safety throughout our processes.

Essential Functions:

1. Technical Mastery: Develop expertise in products, standard demos, and our Applications Directory, all while adhering to company SOPs and GMPs.

2. Timely Execution: Complete assignments promptly, communicating clear and accurate results every step of the way.

3. Hands-On Work: Dive into daily benchtop duties, where your skills will shape the future of our formulations.

4. Thorough Documentation: Record detailed project results, providing a monthly synopsis of your trials and learnings.

5. Sensory Exploration: Participate in weekly tastings, documenting your findings to refine our creations.

6. Precision Planning: Create precise batch sheets for review, ensuring accuracy in every formulation.

7. Workspace Wizardry: Proactively maintain a clean and safe working environment, fostering creativity and productivity.

8. Engagement: Assist in presentations, open houses, and training seminars, sharing your expertise with our valued customers and partners.

9. Travel Companion: Accompany our Applications team members on domestic trips as needed, bringing your passion for innovation on the road.
