ASRC Federal is looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join our ambitious Recruiting dream team in Reston, VA and help us drive top talent to our company via modern & innovative recruitment marketing strategies.

What you will do:

Recruitment Marketing Specialist will build innovative recruitment marketing strategies by bringing modern marketing methods and tactics to the recruiting process in order to attract top talent in the market.

  • In partnership with our Corporate Marketing team, the successful candidate will:

  • Plan and implement recruitment marketing strategies to attract high-quality applicants

  • Plan and manage recruitment media campaigns and newsletters

  • Assist with supporting company’s career site and suggest improvements from an EVP, talent attraction, and positive candidate experience standpoint

  • Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience

  • Work with Marcomm team to build out targeted landing pages

  • Track, measure and report on campaign results

  • Function as liaison with Corporate Marketing team and Talent Acquisition team for organic and inorganic marketing efforts and campaigns; paid digital ads, recommending various tactics based on target skills-audience-geo locations; monitor performance and assist with analytics & ROI

  • Will lead development of project level tactics and strategy for project level talent attraction and candidate engagement campaigns

  • Will manage our Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tool and job boards including building out profile and user management

  • Create engaging job descriptions

  • Create targeted sponsored job campaigns

  • Create and implement strategies for building a talent network/talent community

  • Building talent pipelines, sourcing candidates for core competencies across the business, providing resume slates to Recruiters

  • Build and maintain a network of contacts and tools to identify and source qualified candidates

  • Research and grow partnerships to include college/universities; veterans/military; diversity (DE&I) and other areas to expand our outreach efforts

  • Design and plan recruiting events

  • Research hiring events nationwide specific to target skills and geographical locations; register for events, build/design booths for virtual hiring events, etc. Deliver key metrics for ROI investments made

  • Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events

  • Generate monthly updates for company’s leadership about upcoming recruitment marketing initiatives

  • Create monthly reports on key recruitment marketing metrics

  • Communicate regularly with TA department to get a clear view of company’s hiring needs and organizational goals

  • Work closely with TA department to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges

  • Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement

  • Research marketing and advertising trends in the staffing industry

  • Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels

  • Participates in enterprise-wide task teams and initiatives

Requirements :

What you will bring:

  • BA degree in Human resources, Marketing, PR or similar relevant field

  • Previous working experience as a Recruitment Marketing Specialist for 3+ years

  • 5+ years of experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, Marketing and/or Advertising

  • Experience working for a Federal Government contractor supporting Defense, Civilian and Space markets is required

  • Talent sourcing experience is required

  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment marketing and an understanding of employer branding strategies and talent attraction

  • Experience with recruitment marketing, social media engagement, brand awareness and engagement, campaigning, etc.

  • Experience creating recruitment marketing content, fliers, emails blasts, drip campaigns, etc.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of using staffing tools such as applicant tracking systems, job boards and social media. Strong internet mining experience

  • Understanding of recruitment processes

  • Hands on experience with recruitment marketing software – candidate relationship management (CRM) tools such as Symphony Talent SFX, Aveture; Adobe Suite, MS Office Suite is a must

  • Knowledge of employment laws

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills

  • Must be self-driven and able to think big picture

  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver with excellent writing skills

  • Must be able to travel at least once a quarter
