About the Opportunity:

As Technical Director, you will play a key role on a major Construction Supervision project in Riyadh, KSA. Embracing a collaborative leadership approach, you will lead multidisciplinary supervision teams, leveraging your exceptional leadership skills and industry expertise to deliver world-class projects that shape the future of the Kingdom. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maximizing Expertise - Leveraging our Global offices and the expertise of our Subject Matter Experts to drive innovation and excellence in supervision delivery.

  • Performance Management - Ensuring that all milestones are met or exceeded without compromising cost targets, safety, security, or quality standards.

  • Consultant and Contractor Management - Directly managing consultants and contractors engaged in the post-contract stages, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

  • Inter-discipline Coordination - Planning and coordinating the technical disciplines required for construction delivery to function in a safe, secure, productive, and collaborative environment.

  • Project Validation - Validating project plans, budgets, performance status, forecasts, trends, risks, and key decisions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Holistic Project Oversight - Providing management and oversight of the project, including cost, schedule, safety, quality, technology, security, logistics, and sustainability.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • A degree in Architecture, engineering or equivalent

  • A minimum of 20 years of experience

  • A Extensive experience in construction, project management and supervision delivery

  • Previous experience working in the Middle East

  • Previous experience leading the technical function of built environment project

  • Strong understanding of engineering principles related to constriction projects (complex structures, high-rise buildings, horizontal construction etc.)

  • Familiar with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

  • In-depth knowledge of buildings and infrastructure development trends, best practices, and innovations

  • Understanding of local and regional context in Saudi Arabia
