We are looking for a highly skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Roanoke. In this role you will be the sole person handling all AP functions and working very closely alongside the Controller. Prior experience with multi-entity processing is highly preferred. Responsibilities

• Perform 2-way matching process to make sure Approved PO's match vendor invoices received

• Work with Purchasing Department for PO/WO discrepancies on invoices received

• Accurately and timely performs data entry of vendor invoices

• Obtain required approvals for invoices

• Maintain an organized system for vendor files with future digitization

• Complete regularly scheduled weekly check runs for Integrity Retirement Groups and other smaller entities and attach matching invoice

• Monitor and process incoming vendor invoices through AP email inbox and mailbox

• Manage vendor communications via phone or email as it relates to payment status, invoicing discrepancies, or other issues

• Maintain an organized process for utilities

• Provide account coding for corporate overhead and other standard/monthly invoices received

• Posting of manual and recurring EFTs

• Processing of semi-monthly payroll checks
