Robert Half is looking for a contract Human Resources Coordinator for a San Francisco, CA Company. This person plays an integral role in ensuring employee success within a company. If your experience matches the below criteria, apply today!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and offboarding
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Assist with the coordination of HR-related events, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives
Collaborate with the HR team to implement and improve HR processes and procedures
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling, filing, and document management
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in an HR coordinator or generalist role
In depth understanding of navigating an HRIS
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion

Adaptability and flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and priorities
