Robert Half is hiring for a Human Resources IS Analyst in San Francisco.

Job Description:

• Consulting and Needs Assessment

• Collaborate with HR managers and other departments to determine HRIS needs.

• Understand the unique requirements of the organization and tailor HRIS solutions accordingly.

• Data Analysis and Metrics

• Analyze HRIS performance metrics and resolve application issues.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the HRIS.

• System Management and Maintenance

• Oversee the jobs database and maintain it effectively.

• Implement system enhancements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Employee Data Tracking

• Manage employee records, including performance evaluations, payroll, and benefits.

• Ensure timely updates and accurate data entry.

• Document processes related to HRIS usage.

• Compile data analysis reports for decision-making.
