UW Medicine Primary Care - Fremont has an outstanding opportunity for a Patient Services Specialist 2. WORK SCHEDULE
Per diem, day shift
Flexible schedule depending on coverage needs
Wednesday and Thursday 7:30am-4:00pm
Can possibly pick up extra shifts

Opportunity to provide career growth DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION Fremont is known as "The Center of the Universe," so what better place to have a primary care clinic for families at any stage of life?UW Medicine board-certified providers offer a complete spectrum of primary care services five days a week, including family medicine with behavioral health, travel medicine, nutrition services, reproductive health and sports medicine. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging
Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments
Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information
Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery
Other Duties as Requested REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
High school graduation or equivalent AND
One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience OR
