SOUTH DEERFIELD OPENINGS ON ALL SHIFTS Candle Maker Pay Rate: \$16.25, \$17.50 and \$17.75 Available shifts: 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm and 10pm to 6am. Candlemakers are responsible for performing a variety of light industrial tasks, including but not limited to, packaging, assembling, inspecting, and completing various candle products within the Manufacturing Division. Its expected you will have safety awareness and thorough knowledge of proper lifting procedures; with the ability to stand for up to 8 hours as well as exert physical effort for weights up to 40 lbs. Solid communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team are essential. Strong attention to detail; good hand/eye coordination; and excellent accuracy are critical. Ability to exercise good judgment and to respond positively to instructions and standard procedures, with patience, and speed while maintaining a safe, healthy and productive work environment. Cleaning and disinfecting common areas and high-touch objects as needed.
