As a Sales and Marketing Associate for LexisNexis CounselLink, you will bridge the gap between marketing and sales initiatives. This hybrid role will support our marketing team, including email, digital, direct mail, and field marketing, with an emphasis on telephonic outreach to enhance our marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Engage in telephonic outreach efforts to identify and connect with potential clients. effectively communicating the benefits of our services and setting the stage for deeper sales interactions.

• Collaborating closely with sales teams to schedule qualified appointments and support the sales cycle

• Supporting the execution of marketing campaigns tailored for digital marketing elements and special events

• Contribute to marketing strategy discussions, bringing forward ideas that enhance overall campaign value and effectiveness

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, providing frequent status updates to marketing leaders and ensuring projects align with strategic goals

Requirements

• Have Prior experience in lead generation, telephonic outreach, or a similar role with an understanding of marketing principles

• Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Have a Bachelor's or equivalent experience in a related field

• Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Be detail-oriented with the ability to follow through on campaigns from conception to execution

• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Google Chrome, LinkedIn, and CRM tools
