Responsibilities

• Be responsible for daily management of small molecule laboratory project team personnel, including employee training, performance management and development planning.

• Be familiar with related SOPs and global GLP quality system, ensure that bioanalytical work is carried out in accordance with the experimental protocol, work plan, SOPs and GLP guidelines, and guarantee that bioanalytical results are generated on time according to the master schedule.

• Ensure the possibility of data review and investigation.

• Be responsible for the interpretation of reports and data generated during study, and for making impactful statements.

• Review the reception of project audit, reply to the QA’s suggestions, reports and the request from the clients.

• Plan and supervise study-related stages, communicate with analysts, study directors and clients frequently to keep everyone informed of bioanalytical results and progress, identify and resolve issues during project advancement, retain good connections with customers by offering high quality service.

• Draft or revise departmental and company SOPs when necessary.

Qualifications

1. Fresh PhD graduate in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmacy, or other related fields, with 0-2 years of analytical laboratory related work experience.

2. A demonstrated study/work record related to LC-MS.

3. Good communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork.

4. Team management experience is preferred.

5. Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
