Job Summary

This position (located in 新竹以北, 部分台北Taiwan) will have a significant impact on the success of IDS Specimen Management's Taiwan operations by developing and implementing strategic business plans to grow the BD business.

You are responsible for business development, executing regional plans, completing hospital sales targets, providing education programs for customers, handling customer complaints and KOL management maintenance, bid management and price management. You will also work with the team to develop markets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement regional plans and complete hospital sales targets and task

  • Actively complete regional indicators and do a good job in regional business management, including resource allocation, plan formulation, strategy execution, and complaint handling.

  • KOL management and maintenance.

  • Organize and establish complete regional customer files.

  • Bid and contract management and maintenance.

  • Strictly abide by the company’s compliance regulations and specifications.

Preferred Requirements

  • Business planning and analysis capabilities: Ability to formulate regional sales plans and strategies based on regional characteristics and rationally allocate resources

  • Good execution ability and good communication skills

  • Good presentation skills and interpersonal communication skills

  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience in medical equipment .

  • At least 3-5 years of clinical work experience in medical and nursing backgrounds.

  • Applicants with experience in successful new product trials and admissions, experience in large-scale bid management and price negotiation are preferred

  • Achieve performance goals. Be familiar with bargaining experience - bid and contract management
