Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Perform data entry tasks to input invoice details into the accounting system.

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.

• Assist with the preparation of weekly and monthly payment runs.

• Collaborate with internal departments to obtain necessary approvals for invoice processing.

• Maintain organized and accurate records of accounts payable transactions.

• Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting as needed.

• Support the Accounts Payable team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is a plus.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
