The Paid Media Specialist will oversee the centralized media operations efficiently. This involves collaborating closely with local Ford market teams, central Ford teams, and central agency partners to plan, execute, and enhance both centrally managed performance media campaigns and locally managed launches.

The role:

The Paid Media Specialist will oversee the centralized media operations efficiently. This involves collaborating closely with local Ford market teams, central Ford teams, and central agency partners to plan, execute, and enhance both centrally managed performance media campaigns and locally managed launches.

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing Ford Pro's (digital) media investment to achieve optimal performance. Your duties will include demonstrating the impact of paid media on key business metrics such as site visits, "keep me informed" sign-ups, online car configurations, lead generation, dealer traffic, car reservations, and orders.

You will also be tasked with enhancing processes, tools, and analytics to support sales, marketing, and support teams effectively while developing new processes and tools as needed to drive the success of our rapidly growing business in Europe.

This position is based in the UK and reports directly to the UK Media Strategy Manager. It is a hybrid role that involves working from home, Ford Head office in Dunton, and Partner Offices in London.

  • Demonstrate the impact (and potential) of paid media on key business metrics.

  • Oversee centralized media operations efficiently, including budget tracking and PO management.

  • Coordinate central agency partners in the planning, execution, optimisation, learnings and evolution of the centrally managed performance media campaigns.

  • Work together with central Ford teams, making the whole greater than the sum of our parts!

  • Collaborate closely with local Ford market teams, understanding their business challenges and identifying opportunities to test, learn, enhance, and share with other markets.

  • Enhance processes, tools, and analytics to support sales, marketing, and support teams to drive the success of the business in Europe.

  • 5+ years experience in Digital media, preferably client side within a fast, dynamic business or agency side dealing with substantial media budget.

  • B2B experience highly desirable.

  • Automotive knowledge (and passion) highly desirable.

  • Previous experience of working in centralised role across multiple diverse markets.

  • Experience with scaling up operations with test and learn.

  • Comfortable with analytics and numbers, presenting complex information in a simple and clear fashion.

  • Advanced expertise with Microsoft office, PowerBI, dashboards.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

  • University Degree preferred.

The role is based in Dunton, UK with allowance of hybrid working.
