Maintain and monitor budgets for research projects, work with PIs on amendments and progress reports.Process travel, payments, contracts and purchasing for staff, consultants, and participants of The Meadows Center.Work with research staff to prepare proposals for submission to prospective sponsoring agencies and organizations in accordance with university and sponsoring agency guidelines and deadlines.Arrange travel for staff, consultants, and participants, including hotel, flight, vehicle, and conference reservations.Update and maintain administrative spreadsheets, Box and paper files, and other duties as assigned.
