Join our dynamic team as a PLC Tech responsible for designing, programming, and maintaining PLC systems in our Manufacturing facility. Your role includes preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on advanced production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative maintenance on PLC systems

  • Program or repair PLC systems, including Allen Bradley PLCs

  • Conduct breakdown analysis and oversee housekeeping

  • Upgrade production lines with new equipment/technology

  • Enforce GMP, safety, and audit standards

  • Work independently, documenting tasks

Education & Experience:

  • 3+ years in industrial manufacturing maintenance

  • Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs

  • Electrical troubleshooting and repair skills

  • Ramsey Mechanical (Electrical) Skills Assessment required

Position-Specific Skills:

  • Proficiency in RS Logix 5000, RS Logix 500, or RS Logix 5

  • Ability to work with Control Logix, Compact Logix, SLC500, or PLC5

  • Read electrical schematics, use a multimeter, and work with up to 480VAC

  • Familiarity with P&ID symbols and line layout drawings

  • Experience with VFDs, Panelview, and RS View Studio

work hours: 6 PM - 6 AM

education: High School
