KBR Senior Program Analyst in Huntsville, Alabama

Title:

Senior Program Analyst

Requires a broad knowledge of all facets of logistics support to include integration of supply, maintenance, new equipment training, fielding, item introduction, provisioning, and other related logistical functions for assigned systems during all phases of the life cycle. Performs necessary actions to assure that assigned systems are fully supported. Situationally aware of Department of the Army (DA) and Department of Defense (DOD) current and future program guidance within assigned areas. Monitors assigned programs to assure that all actions are accomplished within the proper time frame to support the life cycle of the system. Reviews and analyzes reports for assigned systems to determine solutions to logistics problems to circumvent potential program slippage. Monitors the efforts of assigned logistics personnel to ensure requirements of the Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP) are performed. Monitors the development of and reviews the Integrated Product Support documentation requirements for assigned systems and/or equipment. Monitors the budget for assigned systems and/or equipment. Closely monitors the overall logistics program to assure that all functional areas have been properly integrated to fulfill user requirements. Attends logistics and support planning meetings, and various boards to coordinate, manage and integrate a time phased logistics program for assigned weapon system and/or equipment. Serves as the authority on ILS matters. Makes formal and informal presentations to all management levels. Serves as a subject matter expert within the Weapon System/Project/Program Office on logistics matters and provides advice and guidance to the PSM/Log Director on critical decisions.

Requirements: US Citizen with active Secret or higher clearance; Acquisition Certification; Documented Budget/Finance Experience; 10+ years DoD Experience. Demonstrated competent writing and oral communication skills.

Preferred Experience: Acquisition Logistics; Integrated Product Support (IPS), Budget/Finance; contracting.

Minimum Education:

BS and at least 10 years of experience. In lieu of a degree candidate must have 18 years of experience.
