JPMorgan Chase Intelligent Document Processing - Solutions Lead in Jersey City, New Jersey

Lead the forefront of innovative solutions analysis in a dynamic tech environment, driving success through expertise in data analytics and technical program delivery.

As an Intelligent Document Processing - Solutions Lead in Enterprise Technology within the Digital Document Services (DDS) Team , you will play a central role to providing solution and associated services for creation, capture, storage, retention, search and retrieval of document data and related artifacts & documents. These data are about client identification, relationships, products and transactions and pertains to corporate business. The overall Platform provides solutions towards content capture and management of structured and unstructured data including storage and management of images and provides comprehensive search technology across the firm.

Job responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients on their business requirements and processes and convert them to deliverable solutions and product enhancements.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.

  • Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows

  • Influence operation process changes for a low touch digitization strategy

  • Define Document AI product feature and functions and manage the roadmap of deliverables.

  • Work with teams to provide senior level technical direction, leadership, and guidance in operational use of AI and cloud solutions

  • Design technical solutions that meet business needs, ensuring the delivered solutions are of high quality

  • Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation

  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or deviations from the plan

  • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field

  • Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle

  • Knowledge of relevant tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word etc

  • Hand on with Agile Methodology and ceremonies - Ability to write analysis stories

  • Working experience - Data analysis, Reporting and MIS reporting

  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is advantageous

  • Certification in AWS is beneficial

  • Proven experience as a Solutions Analyst or in a lead product role

  • Working experience - Data analysis, Reporting and MIS reporting

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle
