Description

Robert Half is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for our client, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives within a designated region. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and drive revenue growth within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to penetrate the market, increase sales, and meet/exceed revenue goals.

  • Manage all aspects of the sales process within your assigned territory, including prospecting, lead generation, customer acquisition, and relationship management.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth, assess competitive activity, and stay informed about industry trends.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven track record of success in sales management, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and metrics.

  • Knowledge of [specific industry or market].

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
