CSL Behring Sr. Manager, Commercial Financial Planning & Analysis in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Head of Finance for CSL Vifor in the US, as the Sr. Manager, Commercial FP&A , you will be a strategic partner to the Vifor US Commercial organization, overseeing the US revenue recognition process including the Gross to Net (GTN) forecast and reporting. You will also be responsible for all aspects of Financial Planning & Analysis for the business, including budgeting and forecasting processes, long-range planning, financial close activities, and monthly reporting. This is a hybrid role, which offers a combination of an onsite and remote work schedule. #LI-hybrid

The Role:

  • Lead revenue recognition process and reporting (Gross and GTN), and manage monthly accruals/reserves ensuring accuracy through thorough contract reviews.

  • Collaborate with the Strategic Insights & Analytics (SI&A) team on GTN forecasting and management reporting.

  • Support Commercial and Medical Affairs in the development of annual budget, forecasts, and long-range plans.

  • Conduct detailed reviews of financial results, prepare comprehensive Budget vs Actual analysis, assess risks and opportunities, and provide valuable insights to business partners.

  • Communicate monthly financial results to the Senior Commercial Leadership Team.

  • Partner with the Accounting Team on close processes around accruals and expenses, project code reporting and department and expense account reclasses to ensure financial integrity.

  • Perform ad hoc analyses to support strategic business objectives and aid in decision-making processes.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; MBA or other advanced degree in related field desirable.

  • 7+ years' experience in accounting and finance.

  • Knowledge of financial analytics and planning.
