Aston Carter Supply Chain Analyst in Mahwah, New Jersey

Description:

Our client is going through an organization wide SAP implementation with a go-live date of August 2025. They are moving from JDE to SAP and they need help getting information prepared as they go through the loading phase within SAP.

These two people are going to be integral in helping them bridge the gap. They will synthesize the supply chain data and get that loaded into the system. Day to day they will work with the Director to pull the information and get it all prepared for the individual data loads.

A lot of the work that they are doing will be through Excel. The data will dump from JDE into Excel and then they will prepare the data through Excel to get into SAP. They also will be using PowerBI to work on some dashboards regarding the supply chain data.

This role will align to business process areas to support the data conversion and readiness activities to prepare for the ERP systems deployment/go live. Support data cleansing (correction in legacy system) and data construction (the collection of “new” data) Support data validation activities Monitors and responds to Data Readiness Reports Participates in Cutovers and DLs responding to “Tap”emails. Partner with program on data load templates to ensure readiness. Work with the team to capture test data sets required for proper testing scenarios. Support testing efforts as needed.
