Valley National Bank Sales Executive - Highland Capital in Morristown, New Jersey

The HCC Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, soliciting, and closing manufacturer/vendor relationships, while structuring transactions consistent with risk parameters.

Responsibilities include, but are limited to:
  • Identify and solicit new accounts within risk guidelines.
  • Maintain and grow existing vendor relationships.
  • Prepare written sales/marketing materials for vendors.
  • Prepare and perform written and verbal presentations to vendor prospects.
  • Perform program launch presentations and support at vendor meetings/conferences as needed.
  • Structure lease payments and programs in a creative manner that achieve profit targets.
  • Achieve annual budgeted volume and yield objectives.
  • Maintain proper expense discipline with controllable expenses and while travelling on behalf of company.

Required Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Self-starter and goal oriented.
  • Understanding of credit and basic operational process.
  • Ability to prepare marketing materials and presentations for vendors.
  • Effectively present information to managers, clients, and coworkers.
  • Excellent mathematical skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of PC/Windows environment.
Required Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, Marketing or related discipline and a minimum of 7 years industry experience in a sales or related function.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Master's Degree preferred.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
$94,000.00
$164,400.00
