About the Job:

As a Product Manager, you'll blend creativity and curiosity with analytical, evidence-supported decision making within your multidisciplinary teams to shape modern, elegant, intuitive digital experiences for our financial services clients in banking, capital markets and wealth.

*What You’ll Get to Do:  *

  • Help craft new digital product visions and value propositions that pay off our clients’ business strategies and achieve organizational objectives

  • Help define target customer segments and identify customer opportunities and needs that align with our clients’ strengths and vision by collaborating with customer researchers

  • Conduct market research and competitive analyses to understand relevant threats and opportunities

  • Help define product strategies and roadmaps by prioritizing features and articulating clear objectives and milestones

  • Lead multidisciplinary product teams (including design, tech, business, legal/risk/compliance and other key functions) through the agile product development lifecycle, from discovery through release

  • Identify experiments, tests and similar discovery activities to de-risk opportunities and their prospective solutions

  • Lead client workshopsand requirements-gathering sessions to drive alignment and buy-in from different business or functional partners

  • Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and actively participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions

  • Monitor success metrics and customer feedback to iterate on product features and drive continuous improvement

  • Travel as necessary to visit our clients and their customers

What You’ll Bring with You:

  • 5+ years of Product experience, delivering engaging, usable, and effective digital software solutions

  • Fluent in Spanish

  • Excellent communication and consulting skills, with the ability to clearly articulate your product decisions around complex concepts, build strong relationships with client stakeholders and guide their thinking to drive better overall outcomes

  • Solid understanding of customer research methodologies and how to leverage qualitative and quantitative customer insights to find opportunity, drive innovation and test solutions

  • Strong understanding of Agile software delivery methodologies and practices

  • Self-supplied curiosity and passion to learn about new technologies and market trends

  • High agency and ability to motivate and inspire your teams

  • Understanding of how best to identify and solve for desirability, feasibility, viability and usability risks

  • Willingness to own and be accountable for the delivery of project work

  • Ability to author compelling presentations that tell a story

  • Familiarity with Financial Services is a big plus

New York Pay Range

$151,000—$195,000 USD
