Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller located in Parsippany, New Jersey. This role provides overall accounting and finance responsibilities for a stable IT consulting firm. The Controller will have strong supervisory responsibilities and will be reporting directly to the CFO. This position is hands-on and onsite in Central Morris County.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting and finance functions for the firm

• Supervise a team of accounting professionals

• Responsible for Month End Close and preparation of Financial Statements

• Conduct pricing analysis and general accounting functions

• Assist with systems implementation responsibilities

• Contribute to accounting process improvements

• Possess potential to grow and transition into the CFO role within a few years

• Utilize skills in Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, DCAA, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Auditing, and Budget Processes. Requirements • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Experience in DCAA

• Knowledge in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Ability to handle ERP Solutions

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Proficiency in overseeing Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Knowledge in Auditing

• Familiarity with Budget Processes
