White Cap Senior Manager, Compensation Projects and Rewards in Virtual, Georgia

  • Lead compensation initiatives project planning, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets (when appropriate) to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of compensation programs.

  • Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to execute compensation related project tasks according to plan.

  • Monitor project status, updates, and communicates key milestones to stakeholders, leaders, and teams regularly.

  • Ensure adherence to compensation management best practices, regulatory requirements, and governance standards throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Leads implementation of executive compensation practices, including update tracking, system administration, future plan designs.

  • Drive improvements to the HRIS Advanced Compensation module in Workday collaborating with IT, HR, Compensation and other stakeholders to enhance system functionality and user experience.

  • Supports Canada compensation projects and initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, human resources or related field.

  • Proven experience as a project manager, with a minimum of 4 years of successful project management experience, preferably with a focus on compensation.

  • 7+ years of compensation experience including strong understanding of compensation principles, practices, and regulatory requirements; executive compensation experience preferred.
